Wherever Storm Cat: its the blue-hen Somethingroyal (dam Secretariat), to Sir Gaylord from Somethingroyal. ie Storm Cat & Bates Motel

Sir Ivor, sire of Bates Motel 1983 U.S. Champion Older Male, 2nd dam sire Butterfing.

The clear conduit in Secretariat’s broodmare sire🏇 ‘Princequillo’ as so, Sir Gaylord.

Transforms to Butterfing’s noted distaff: the consistent, distinguished immortal Princequillo male line, Prince et al family. It is a male line to St Simon, its classic type awfully caught by tragedy and War.

The Prince Rose line spent in genetic exile a good part of the time between its ultimate founder, Persimmon, and its latter-day paradigmatic models, Princequillo, Prince Rose and Prince Chevalier, who have stimulated it again as an indispensable component of classic pedigrees. (Varola)

Butterfing (ARG) well represents the prestigious lineages; characterized by exceptional sires in building excellence.
