This filly’s dam side and broodmare sire Galileo predominately take strains to Alchimist sire of Birkhann & Ticino. This draws an ‘in-type’ ancestor – Hampton sire of Bay Ronald & Ayrshire with ‘X’ to **Isonomy, (Triple Crown sire), its branch-sire line to 🏆Blandford down through Bustino 2nd dam sire of Pivotal, sire of Siyouni.
Mahmoud by Blenheim by Blandford – largely influential Northern Dancer & Danehill. Soreanga’s 4th dam/distaff sire Alpenkonig (Ger) is at male-branch, Blandford descendant ➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️**branch to Isinglass by Isonomy.
More ‘punch’ @ Hampton in-type male-line @ 4×4 Hyperion @ Nureyev ( 8x Hampton)to Siyouni by Pivotal. Continues 6x6x7 Forli (Hyperion), again a male line in Hampton.

*Rarely does a modern Derby winner have inbreeding to one specific ancestor. ✅
*Blandford is a classic influence in any pedigree.🏆
*In many of the Aga Khan’s original broodmares, there appears to be a very strong bias towards collecting the strain of Blandford. The Aga Khan won the English Derby four times with Blenheim, Bahram, Mahmoud and Tulyar.
*Marcel Boussac, fascinated by the uncertainties of breeding the racehorse, privately studied all horses bred by Edmond Blanc hoping to find some clue that revealed how Blanc breed with classic winners. The idea of inbreeding to superior ancestors was therefore confirmed as being his goal.
*Many of Boussac’s mares are inbred or linebred to Teddy, Tourbillon, Pharis II, Astronomie, Asterus, (5×5 Hampton), Durban and Heldifann. To dilute the valuable genetic influence that has taken years for Marcel Boussac to build-up in those broodmares would seem unjust…..{their produce then returned to stallions with the Tourbillon-Teddy dominance}
*Ghislain Drion and the Aga Khan entrusted with the Boussac mares and we must hope that they understand why it is critical for them to disregard Vuillier dosages when matings are prepared for the Boussac mares with such unique genotype.
With pedigree completion, the Line certainly not to overlook is Buckpasser, Tim Tam, Tompion as sired by Tom Fool. Tom Fool requires deep examination.
Increasingly & noticeably, Tom Fool affecting super-elite profiles to those of Dubawi descedants – Exploring Bloodlines: Madame Fayette filly by Ghaiyyath (IRE) & 2 year old gelding – Tokaido (GB) and he doesn’t stop there.
Tom Fool, sire of Silly Season (USA) huge influence to Australian and New Zealand in Snippets ie Winx (b/m sire Al Akbar Aus) & 5×5 Black Caviar(Aus). To note 2nd dam sire Danehill line.
Tom Fool is impacted by enormous potent exclusive individuals per nicks Domino/Broomstick – Isinglass/Isonomy (dam-side Menow) – Galopin – Bend Or – Sundridge – Plucky Leige
Hampton‘s two strongest points were gameness and stamina. He could fight out a long-contested finish as well as any racehorse of modern times, and the longer the course the better he ran. Not being a classic winner, he had to make his way at the stud against the feeling which exists with regard to breeding from handicap horses, but he was in capable hands, and he soon made his mark. Three winners of the Derby – Merry Hampton, Ayrshire and Ladas claim his as sire and to note Perdita II (f.f.7-f) the, daughter of Hampton and dam of Persimmon, Diamond Jubilee and Florizel II.
