Smitten TBL was….her diminutive size with easy, effortless running, taking the lead and stating ‘whoopee’ to the rest.
Came, a wanting question – where does her effortlessness winning form come from?
In the same week, it was sad n’ happy (for the memories) where New Zealand lost an old racing folk hero, the toughie an’ great Castletown, where Castletown was from my own home-town, good ol’ Foxton.
