A day short of her 18th birthday the great Australian mare Black Caviar passed.
In a class of her own – she truly captured people’s admiration around the racing world to enchant young and old alike including the late Queen, Queen Elizabeth II, after her Royal Ascot win.
RIP the Imperial, Black Caviar.

Before any analysis began on Theblade’s sire Toronado, our hunch that Court Martial had to be present. Court Martial comes in to the broodmare sire of Sassafras (Fr) through his son Ratification (GB) as 4th dam sire to sire Toronado (Ire).
